We take great pride in our beautiful and rich full-flavored cakes. Our cakes are composed of three moist, delicately baked layers, one of our fine fillings, and frosted with a smooth buttercream or a rich, dark chocolate ganache

Signature Cakes

Flourless Chocolate Cake (As seen on the Food Network) – Dark, rich and intense. Made with 55% cocoa and glazed with a chocolate ganache for a more decadent experience.
Banana Truffle Cake – Three layers of our banana cake filled and glazed with chocolate ganache.  Decorated with organic banana chips.
Sunshine Cake – This light and tangy lemon chiffon cake is filled with raspberry or strawberry preserves and frosted with a lemon buttercream.
Carrot Cake – Moist layers of spice cake studded with carrots, raisins and walnuts, and frosted with our silky vanilla-bean cream cheese frosting.
Italian Rum Cake – A spice cake infused with rum with one layer filled with chocolate pastry crème and the other with vanilla pastry crème. The cake is refined with rum buttercream and sliced almonds.

As we are an all natural bakery and abstain from using preservatives or other artificial ingredients, all of our cakes are made to order. Please place all orders at least two days in advance.  * These items require special pricing and may include an extra fee.** Chocolate glaze only.

  • 6” Round (serves 6-10)
  • 9″ Round (serves 10-20)
  • 12″ Round (serves 30-50)

Depending on the order, cakes are subject to extra decoration fees.

Wedding Cakes

We have a variety of décor options and work to please you on your special day. Our Facebook page features photos from past weddings to give you an idea of our work. Feel free to email us or come in to the store with your ideas and desires.  We are happy meet with you in person at our store for a tasting. Please schedule appointments in advance.

Cupcakes

All of our cupcakes are petite versions of our larger, featured cakes. As a result, each is handled with care and comprised of a wonderfully moist cake topped with a wide variety of specialty buttercreams or ganache glazes. Our cupcakes and frostings are seasonal and ever-changing as our constant creative endeavor.  Please contact the store for current selections.

Carrot Cupcake – A smaller classic carrot cake with a silky dollop of cream cheese frosting.
Chocolate Ganache Cupcake – A rich, dark chocolate cake twice-coated in a rich, dark chocolate ganache.
Banana Chocolate Truffle – Made with ripe bananas and brown sugar, this cupcake is hand-dipped in a chocolate ganache and topped with an organic banana chip.
