    Tarts – Gathering our inspiration from small, passionate bakeries in France, we begin with a classic, molded patê sucre shell and hand fill each one of them with one of our signature fruit curds, creams, or ganaches. Available in a variety of traditional tartlette shapes or as a 3” individual tart, the flavors vary from season to season. Please contact the store for our immediately available selections. Fresh fruit tarts and tartlettes are available for special order.
    Love Bugs –A dense chocolate cake glazed in ganache and individually detailed to resemble a ladybug.
    Bourbon Bugs – Similar to the love bug but made with a splash of bourbon and glazed in a bourbon-infused ganache.
    Petit Fours – A special tea time treat! From chocolate coconut to bourbon to white chocolate cherry, these miniature desserts are a lovely addition to the day.
